I found a competitor that offers a lower price on one of your services. Would you match that price?
Yes. We ask that you provide valid print copy of our competitor's pricing.
Are your teachers NYS Certified?
Yes. Our teachers are certified to teach in New York State, and have experience teaching the subject/content for which they are hired.
My child has an IEP. Is s/he eligible for tutoring and/or homework help?
Yes. Our experienced certified teachers work one-on-one with your child in a quiet setting. Additionally, they can provide your child with techniques and strategies that can be applied at school and on tests.
My child is involved on and off in sports/activities/clubs throughout the school year. Do you provide flexible scheduling?
Yes. We provide cell phone numbers so that you can reach us any time and make arrangements to fit your schedule. We understand that "life happens," and want to help your child be successful.
My child has already taken the SAT, but would like a higher score. Is s/he eligible for SAT Prep?
Yes. Our skilled tutors use the score information to tailor strategies and lessons specifically to your child's needs.
My child has not yet taken the SAT. Is s/he eligible for SAT Prep?
Yes. Students perform best when they know what to expect on a test and are prepared for its format and trends.
What is the advantage of sending my child to PreK at age 2?
Our 2-year-old program is a play group that stresses socialization, school structure, and recognition and understanding of letters, numbers, shapes, colors, etc.
My 2-year-old is not potty trained. Are we eligible?
Yes. Our staff is experienced and prepared to assist your child.
What is the advantage of sending my child to PreK at age 3?
Aside from peer interaction, our 3-year-olds are learning phonics, basic math concepts, fine motor skills, creativity, and the expected behavior of a school setting.
How is your 4-year-old program better than UPK?
Our program has limited space, with a maximum of twelve students. It is designed to be look and feel like an actual kindergarten classroom. Based on the readiness of the children, reading, writing, and math will be taught and practiced as a solid foundation and transition to kindergarten.
