M&M Fast Track is owned, and was developed, by long time educator Judith Michalek. Michalek began teaching in the West Seneca School District in 1970. She raised three children of her own, then taught in the Catholic School System. Her knowledge of education comes from more than a degree; it comes from extensive experience with all types of learners.
Co-owner Mary Pat Bielecki has been a teacher at the secondary level since January, 2001. Bielecki currently works in the Frontier Central School District at the middle school level. She has been working with children for twenty years and worked in an inclusion setting for six years. Bielecki believes that all children can learn, but all children learn differently. It is simply a matter of finding the strategies and methods that work best for a particular child.
M&M Fast Track was built around the philosophy that teachers do not teach a classroom. Teachers do not teach a group. Teachers are in charge of your child, the individual. It is our goal to make sure your child receives the attention he or she needs, and is a successful learner for life.
